December 2015

The beginning of December we had Jace's hearing tested, so we made a day of it and went to the Train Depot in Jackson. The boys had fun getting to check it all out. We went with my mom and sister. It was a fun day and praise the Lord his hearing test came back perfect!

Date Day with my little man! I was christmas shopping at bass pro.

My mom, Kassie, and I went to a paint party my mom had with her work and it was fun. I brought mine home and added Isaiah 9:6 to the top of the painting.

Tucker's MDO class had a Christmas Pageant at school. They sang several Christmas songs and shared the gospel. It was so sweet. His teacher Mrs. Joyce thought it all out and she is wonderful. She even made costumes for each of the children to wear during the program. Tucker was a shepherd boy.

We left and ran by Bass Pro to pick up a gift and there was no one in line, so we went to take a photo with Santa. Our kids know he isn't real - more like a fictional character like Micky or Pooh, but we have talked about the real St Nicholas, and the true reason for Christmas. That's what counts.

We went to the Grizzlie's game the week before Christmas thanks to the Riessen's gifting us tickets and we had so much fun. We ate at Kookie Kanook downtown before the game and then walked to the game.

Our church always has a time when the kids can come and walk through and hear the full account of Christ's birth. It is a special time and a great way to remind our kids (and ourselves) what Christmas is all about. They were so attentive the whole time.

Cutie ready to play outside - all bundled up!

Christmas Light viewing at Rose of Sharon Camp - all ready for bed and out looking at lights. It's the most wonderful time of the year!

Sweet Cousins - The Riessens were back in town for Christmas and my boys were SO excited to see Warner.

Christmas Eve at Nana and Pop's house.

Christmas Night at Papaw & Gaga's with all the Whitesides.

Day after Christmas celebration with the Gilland's

Sunday after Christmas celebration at the Gilland's - for our Christmas get together with the Walkers again.

And I have been wanting to go brunette for the past two years in the winter. I apparently have more go for it attitude while pregnant, so I did it. I have enjoyed being a brunette this winter. I honestly wasn't much of a fan the first week, but it's grown on me a lot and I've enjoyed the change!

These sweet boys got this gator for Christmas from Papaw & Gaga and they have ridden it NON stop for weeks now. They have had so much fun!

November 2015

These guys got haircuts again - too cute.

We celebrated our first GREAT day at MDO with a little Yogurt mountain. Love these happy faces.

A much needed date night with my hubby!

Emma line's Birthday party was Camp themed this year - the kids made bird houses, bird feeders, played, and had campfire food.

We ate out the next day at Longhorn on the way home from church.

Lining up the trucks like normal.

We had to run a few errods and I completely forgot about dinner, so I scrounged around at the Golding's and went ahead and fed them some yummy snacks ;)

We started speech therapy with Miss Catie Jane and she has been SO wonderful. So thankful for the changes we have seen and how much it has helped.

Sweet guys ready for bed! Jonathan went to a hunt in Kansas, so I was sending him lots of pics of our  time without him.

Ready for church the next morning.
