These are a few that I didn't put in with our going home photos from the hospital.
We have never had a rock and play and I have to say that it was amazing this go around! I got it at a garage sale for $7, so it isn't new and has all the bells and whistles, but it worked PERFECT. Wyatt slept in it at night for the first 2 1/2 months while we were still at the Golding's. It was so nice to have that room saved and he slept like a champ in it.
Grandmother Golding came to visit when we got home from the hospital. She came to the hospital but they had just taken him back for his circumcision, so he was gone forever and she didn't get to see him there.
Sweet brothers so proud!
Our first "outing" to my parents for Sunday lunch.
This big brother things that sweet baby is the greatest thing. Such a change the way he felt the last time we had a new baby :) He of course things Jace is one of his best buds, so it all turned out ok, but man it's nice to see that he is so in love with Wyatt.
Jace takes his big brother responsibilities very seriously. He loves this little guy.
Big boys went to "My Big Backyard" while mommy got a little rest with Wyatt. They had a blast with Mimi and Papa.
Family photo.
Violet was brought to Papaw and Gaga's while we were living there and these boys absolutely fell in love with her. She has been a great addition to our new home and she kills so many mice. She is a great country cat!
This was the only way he would nap for the first several weeks of life. not the most flattering picture of myself, but this boy is such a joy and so sweet. I want to remember.
True tears here. This little guy and big bro were working to put up bricks and tucker was tossing them and Jace was stacking them. One accidentally hit a pallet and bounced, hitting Jace between the eyes. The Lord definitely had his hand on him and I'm SO thankful that he didn't get it to the eyes.
Crazy story - Tucker helped kill this snake. Gaga came home one day and opened the garage door. When it opened this guy was hanging from the top of the garage. They found him and killed him. CRAZY!!
Aunt Kat, Uncle Scott, & Warner came to meet Wyatt!
Tucker started his first day of kindergarten - August 15th was our first full day of school. We are homeschooling and to say that the first semester has been a struggle is an understatement, but we are really starting to get into a groove and enjoy our time together.
Wyatt's first trip to the new house!
Our first picnic at our home. (still not moved in, but at least on the back porch!)
